Position summary:

Test, evaluate and repair consumer electronic equipment including but not limited to Monitors, LCD TVs, Printers, Notebooks, Desktops, GPS devices, Projectors and Gaming Equipment. Troubleshoot cause of equipment failure and affect repair using test equipment, hand tools and soldering equipment.

 

Tasks:

·         Adjust and replace defective or improperly functioning circuitry, electronics components and subassemblies as required using hand tools.

·         Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize future failures.

·         Maintain accurate repair data including repair solution and parts used to affect repair in repair ticket tracking software.

Non Profit organization in Northgate looking for accurate administrative person to process a very high volume of payment documents.  These are receipts from fundraising events that have to be tallied, documented, and enter into system.
 
Absolute no tolerance for data entry errors.  Keen attention to detail and the ability  to do repetitive work a must.
 
You must be able to process a high volume of paperwork per hour for 8 hours consistently.
 
This is position requires sitting, bending, twisting and data entry for 8 hours consistently.
 
Some duties include:
Sort 500+ receipts and vouchers in one shift
Confirm signatures and amounts match
Enter donor and sales slip information into system
Journal payment information on spreadsheet for Accountant
Prepare documentation for Accountant
Count items, confirm totals with 10 key
10key by touch mandatory
 
Misc administrative duties to be assigned.
Business Casual environment.
Accuracy over speed is essential for this position.
Retail experience good for handling transactions.

Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or GED (preferred) three (3) years' experience as a diesel auto and/or truck mechanic, experience working with fire engines (preferred), and a valid driver's license with a good driving history.  A Class B Commercial Driver’s License is required with tanker endorsement or the ability to obtain one within six (3) months of hire.  ASE Certification is a plus.  A detailed knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules, automobile systems, internal combustion engines, vehicle design and composition, and test equipment and its proper use are required.  The successful candidate should be self motivated, have the ability to work independently or as a contributing team member, and work in a safety conscious and environmentally knowledgeable manner.

Requirements:

·         1+ yr customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

Resource Coordinators  will be working in a team environment taking initial inquiries from families and asking several phone screening questions to help identify the appropriate options for the family.  The Coordinator will also assist our national sales team to manage leads, maintain contact with clients and move clients forward in the sales phase. Additional responsibilities will be assisting our outside sales team in managing their clients’ follow-up, calling them and moving the client through the sales phases through selling skills. Key skills include an engaging and positive phone voice, assertiveness and ability to direct a conversation, selling skills and the ability to direct and control a conversation with a client. 

Success in this position will be based on the ability to connect with families in order to gain their commitment to tour a local eldercare property.  Doing the job in a timely and efficient manner is critical.  The best candidates will be comfortable being on the phone throughout the day and talking to many clients each hour.  The clients will phone in from all across the United States and the Coordinator will be entering vital information about this potential lead into our online client relationship management (CRM) system, You’ve Got Leads.  Candidates need to have excellent computer skills as all calls are documented in the CRM online system.  Because the company helps people nationwide there will be various shifts to ensure peak times are covered.  Hours of operation of the family qualification and advisor assistance center will be from 7am to 7:30pm Monday –Friday and 9am-6pm Saturday and Sunday.

As the Human Resources Assistant, you will provide a variety of clerical support and administrative assistance to the Human Resource (HR) Department staff and the SVP/Human Resources Director. Primary focus will be on support for recruiting and on-boarding activities but will support all functional areas within HR as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Support the Recruiting Manager with various activities related to recruiting. This may include:
? Post open jobs via SonicRecruit Applicant Tracking System and/or other job boards
? Ensure that all applicants complete the online application
? Obtain Background Screening Authorization form and process related screens
? Process all necessary screens for prospective Single Family Lending-related employees and annually for all employees related to Single Family Lending-related activities
? Coordinate the Fair Credit Reporting Act process (preparing/sending adverse action letters) and tracking activity, resolution and maintaining records
? Respond to applicant inquiries
? Assist with scheduling and coordinating phone screens and interviews
? Keep SonicRecruit updated with current applicant status and final disposition ensuring that the data within SonicRecruit is of the highest integrity
? May prepare offer letters
? Coordinate records retention efforts for recruiting function

Coordinate all requests for temporary agency clerical workers:
? Obtain job order information from the manager/supervisor
? Contact agency to place order
? Track temporary worker information
? Monitor expected termination dates
? Process, code and submit invoices to Account Payable for payment

Set up and maintain well-organized employee files including all new hire information, application, resume, and EEO/AAP information. Assign employee number. Ensure all information is complete and filed according to HR standards.

Send new hire packets to hiring manager/supervisor (outside the Home Office) for employee on-boarding. May follow-up with managers or new employees to ensure all critical documentation has been completed timely and sent to HR. Assemble new hire packets as needed.

Process employee terminations per separation checklist, to include receipt of termination notice and/or resignation letter, sending appropriate exit materials, updating employee files, entering term data into applicable spreadsheets, etc.

Provide administrative assistance to the HR Director, which may include maintaining calendar, scheduling appointments, answering phone, helping prepare presentations, copying and collating information for periodic board mailings and assisting with special projects.

Assist with the planning and implementation of employee events
? on-site yoga sessions, employee events, flu shot clinic, etc.

Serve as one of the Human Resource contacts for employees who call, email, or visit the department with questions. Respond courteously, promptly and accurately to employee questions and concerns, forwarding more complex issues to senior HR team members.

Responsible for various administrative tasks within the department: maintain employee files; monitor and order department supplies, ensuring adequate level; process all department invoices (except benefits related) and maintain records for budget purposes; maintain hard-copy supply of forms in kiosk.

May act as a back-up to complete the new hire data entry process in an accurate and timely fashion, working to meet appropriate payroll cut-off deadline.

Assume additional duties as assigned, responding to departmental needs as they arise.

Provide superior service to internal staff and external customers.
AA Degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum of one year of human resources related experience preferred. Minimum three years general office experience with related skills in time management, organized work habits, and meeting deadlines required.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Applicant tracking software and/or HRIS experience preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation.

Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

Proven ability to answer questions tactfully and diffuse difficult situations.

Ability to work well on a team and willing to assume additional responsibilities as requested.

Ability to accept and facilitate change, whether indicated by corporate needs, market or regulatory requirements.

General Summary

The Auto Hot Press Operator primary role is to utilize tooling and equipment for hot press sintering of powdered metal diamond segments. In this role the Auto Hot Press Operator will assemble molds containing graphite mold parts and cold pressed diamond segments in an aluminum frame. These mold assemblies will be loaded into an automatic hot press for sintering and subsequently removed for disassemly. The Auto Hot Press Operator will then sort graphite parts from the finished segments and perform quality checks on the segments. Other tasks will include preparation and storage of graphite parts for future processing as well as cleaning of the work area.

Essential Functions

  1.  Organization and selection of proper tooling to fulfill work requirements.
  2. Preparation of graphite tolling by painting with graphite or boron nitride coating.
  3. Assembly of graphite mold assemblies.
  4. Disassembly of graphite mold assemblies.
  5. Sorting and separation of graphite mold parts from completed diamond segments.
  6. Quality checks on segments to included micrometer measurement of height, length, and thickness. Hardness and density checks on segments utilizing Rockwell Hardness Tester and precision balance.
  7. Preparation and / or storage of graphite mold parts for subsequent production runs.
  8. Cleaning work area.

Must have High School Diploma or GED.

Must path Basic Industrial Math Test.

Must be willing to move to a second shift from 2p-10p and work overtime.
