Background
After earning my BA from Western KY University and MBA from the University of Louisville, I held progressive roles leading sales, marketing, operational and strategic business initiatives for organizations like Brown-Forman, Goodwill and Ivy Tech Community College.

In both for-profit or non-profit organizations, I’ve dedicated my career to optimizing organizational performance by improving workforce management and talent identification. Over the years, I’ve learned how great people are critical to organizational success and the positive impact my team and I can make by connecting talented individuals with employers that need their skills and creativity.

What we love about the Louisville area
I love the parks here – you can bike, walk or hike almost anywhere – and the college and pro sports are fantastic (I’m a big Cards and Hilltoppers fan). The area has a great restaurant and entertainment scene, too; there’s always something new to try.
